libblkid: erofs - avoid undefined shift

Erofs probe can use undefined shift if blkszbits
is a bogus value. Avoid this by limiting shift size.

Reproducer found with OSS-Fuzz (issue 52298) running over
cryptsetup project (blkid is used in header init).
