#10843: Update third-party library versions used in OS X 32-bit
        installer builds: bzip2 1.0.6, readline 6.1.2, SQLite 3.7.4
        (with FTS3/FTS4 and RTREE enabled), and ncursesw 5.5 (wide-char
        support enabled).
