ARM: dts: at91-sama5d27_wlsom1: Improve the Wifi compatible

The at91-sama5d27_wlsom1 SoM has a WIL3000 Wifi SDIO device populated.

Improve the description of the Wifi compatible string by passing the
more specific "microchip,wilc3000" string.
