libstdc++: use -D_GNU_SOURCE when building libbacktrace

* acinclude.m4: Set -D_GNU_SOURCE in BACKTRACE_CPPFLAGS and when
grepping link.h for dl_iterate_phdr.
* configure: Regenerate.
