Update after gnulib changed.

* gettext-runtime/m4/intl.m4 (gt_INTL_SUBDIR_CORE): Don't require gt_INTTYPES_PRI.
* gettext-runtime/m4/inttypes-pri.m4: Remove file.
* gettext-runtime/m4/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove it.
* Makefile.am (distcheck-hook): Don't compare inttypes-pri.m4.
* gettext-runtime/m4/size_max.m4: Update from gnulib.
