Solution and project file to build wininstXX.exe with MSVC7.1 (Visual
Studio .NET 2003).

The output files are named wininst-7.1.exe and wininst-7.1_d.exe.
PC/bdist_wininst/wininst-7.1.sln [new file with mode: 0644] blob
PC/bdist_wininst/wininst-7.1.vcproj [new file with mode: 0644] blob
