callcount adjust

CI is favoring py314 a bit more now and callcounts seem to be slightly
off for this platform, see if we can resolve

note here that nox runs with psycopg-binary, not plain psycopg.
this makes a huge difference, so regen the callcounts with
psycopg-binary.

to try to simplify things, remove psycopg2 callcounts since we're
standard on psycopg now
