Input: xpad - add new USB IDs for Logitech F310 and F710

commit 8e2f2325b73f3e5e46ecffd291556f33b8e3f8c9 upstream.

This enables the rumble force feedback on the F710 unit since
it is no longer treated as XTYPE_UNKNOWN type.
