add interface virCgroupGetAppRoot

because libvirt_lxc's cgroup mountpoint is what it shown
in /proc/self/cgroup.

we can get container's cgroup through virCgroupNew("/", &group),
add interface virCgroupGetAppRoot to help container to
get it's cgroup.
