Remove CMake custom compiler flags for RELEASE and DEBUG build

Remove CMake custom compiler flags for RELEASE and DEBUG build

This overwrites the default that cmake automatically sets. In the
case of debug builds, this breaks debugging as -O1 already optimises
many variables away.
