Fix wierd build problems due to autopoint overwriting gnulib m4

* Makefile.am: List -I m4 first, in ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS
* .gitignore: ignore gnulib/, ChangeLog, *rej, *orig, *#*# (emacs
  temporary files)
