Adjust metadata.json's namespace

Rename some tags:

"flags" -> "direct-download", "successful-download", "is-file"
"ts_success" -> "success-timestamp"
"ts_attempt" -> "attempt-timestamp"
"error" -> "latest-result"

Only "basename" is mandatory now.

Also, move JSON operations to the JSON module.
