Minor improvements in ARM DTS for v6.7

Few cleanups and improvements: split joined reg entries for Ethernet in
omap3-devkit8000, add missing spaces before '{' (MediaTek, Nuvoton) and
cleanup whitespace around '=' (MediaTek).
