Python: Remove an obsolete unit test.

Python versions < 2.3 are irrelevant nowadays.

* gettext-tools/tests/lang-python-1: Renamed from
gettext-tools/tests/lang-python-2.
* gettext-tools/tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Remove lang-python-2.
