libgcobol: Remove unused headers from shared sources.

This reduces the number of headers included in sources that are
shared with the Front End.

libgcobol/ChangeLog:

* charmaps.cc: Remove unused headers
* libgcobol.h: Likewise.
* valconv.cc: Likewise.
