ARM: dts: imx6sl: Pass tempmon #thermal-sensor-cells

According to fsl,imx-anatop.yaml, #thermal-sensor-cells is a required
property.

Add it to fix the following dt-schema warning:

tempmon: '#thermal-sensor-cells' is a required property
