MINOR: acme: implement traces

Implement traces for the ACME protocol.

 -dt acme:data:complete will dump every input and output buffers,
 including decoded buffers before being converted to JWS.
 It will also dump certificates in the traces.

 -dt acme:user:complete will only dump the state of the task handler.
