lkdtm: fortify: Fix potential NULL dereference on kmalloc failure

Add missing NULL pointer checks after kmalloc() calls in
lkdtm_FORTIFY_STR_MEMBER() and lkdtm_FORTIFY_MEM_MEMBER() functions.
