Merge eval_op_objc_msgcall into objc_msgcall_operation::evaluate

objc_msgcall_operation::evaluate is the only caller of
eval_op_objc_msgcall.  This patch merges them into a single function.

This is just a leftover from the big expression change from several
years ago.  There are probably still many such cases remaining.
