xtensa: Remove redundant use of 'n'-constraint for call insns

Because 'i'-constraint clearly includes 'n'.

gcc/ChangeLog:

* config/xtensa/xtensa.md (call_internal, call_value_internal,
sibcall_internal, sibcall_value_internal): Remove 'n'-constraint.
