USB: rename USB quirk to USB_QUIRK_ENDPOINT_IGNORE

USB: rename USB quirk to USB_QUIRK_ENDPOINT_IGNORE

The USB core has a quirk flag to ignore specific endpoints, so rename it
to be more obvious what this quirk does.
