Make sure we don't introduce SYSTEMTESTTOP anymore

':!.gitlab-ci.yml' is a pathspec pattern used to limit paths in the "git
grep" command to all but the .gitlab-ci.yml file which includes the
checked word itself. This requires Git 2.13.
