OpenVZ xml refactoring
* src/domain_conf.[ch] src/openvz_conf.[ch] src/openvz_driver.c:
  patch from Evgeniy Sokolov doing the OpenVZ xml refactoring,
  still needs to be ported to the new XML parsing code but
  implements the new format.
