Fix a mis-reference in create_async_engine().

`AsyncMethodRequired` is actually from
`sqlalchemy.ext.asyncio.exc`, so here it
should be referenced as `async_exc.AsyncMethodRequired`,
instead of `exc.AsyncMethodRequired`.
