io_uring/cmd: remove unused io_uring_cmd_iopoll_done()

io_uring_cmd_iopoll_done()'s only caller was removed in commit
9ce6c9875f3e ("nvme: always punt polled uring_cmd end_io work to
task_work"). So remove the unused function too.
