re PR target/6755 (.../gcc-3.1/libstdc++-v3/configure script fails for mips-sgi-irix6.2)

* acinclude.m4 (enable_symvers): Quote $LD.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
* configure: Likewise.
Fixes PR target/6755.
