vasnprintf: Optimize when 'long double' is the same as 'double'.

* lib/vasnprintf.c (DECL_LONG_DOUBLE_ROUNDING,
BEGIN_LONG_DOUBLE_ROUNDING, END_LONG_DOUBLE_ROUNDING): Override when
HAVE_SAME_LONG_DOUBLE_AS_DOUBLE.
