pwm: Simplify printf to emit chip->npwm in $debugfs/pwm

Instead of caring to correctly pluralize "PWM device(s)" using

	(chip->npwm != 1) ? "s" : ""

or

	str_plural(chip->npwm)

just simplify the format to not need a plural-s.
