agetty: move man page to agetty-cmd/

The agetty source was moved to agetty-cmd/ but the man page
agetty.8.adoc was left behind in term-utils/. Move it to agetty-cmd/
and update references in meson.build, Makemodule.am, and po-man/po4a.cfg.
