posix_listdir(), posix_readlink(): avoid temporary PyBytes object

Use directly PyUnicode_DecodeFSDefaultAndSize() instead of
PyBytes_FromStringAndSize() + PyUnicode_FromEncodedObject() if the argument is
unicode.
