dt-bindings: interconnect: qcom-bwmon: Add Hawi cpu-bwmon compatible

Add the Qualcomm Hawi SoC compatible string for the CPU bandwidth
monitor and there is single instance present globally to monitor
the traffic from CPU to LLCC.
