dt-bindings: watchdog: Convert TI OMAP to DT schema

Convert the TI OMAP watchdog binding to DT schema format. The compatible
string list was incomplete. The "reg" and "interrupts" properties were
missing. "ti,hwmods" is also deprecated and not required.
