* Makefile.am (installed_TESTS_ENVIRONMENT): Set libdir, bindir in
environment for test-wrapper.sh.
* test-wrapper.sh: Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH from ${libdir} if not /usr/lib.
* test-subr.sh (installed_testrun): Likewise.
Use explicit path in ${bindir}.
