Fix typo in No Chorba CMake option name in CI

The 'Ubuntu GCC No Chorba' matrix entry was passing -DWITH_CHORBA=OFF
since its introduction in 9d4af458, but the actual CMake option is
named WITH_CRC32_CHORBA.
