runtime(colors): update colorschemes:

- Add PreInsert (darkblue, habamax, lunaperche, wildcharm, retrobox).
- Update QuickFixLine (habamax, lunaperche, wildcharm, retrobox) - make
  it foreground transparent in GUI.
- Make Todo in wildcharm just bold.
