tests: Drop aarch64-virtio-pci-default

After commit 1d8454639f40 (libvirt 3.0.0), the default address
type for aarch64/virt guests is PCI. These tests are then
pointless, as they are just a subset of other tests, and the
comment attached to them inaccurate.
