ada: Fix problematic aggregate with box notation

It runs afoul of the pragma Initialize_Scalars + -gnatVa combination.

gcc/ada/ChangeLog:

* sem_ch12.adb (Remove_Parent): Only set the Is_Transient component
of the local scope stack entry.
