arm64: dts: qcom: talos: Add DisplayPort and QMP USB3-DP PHY

Introduce DisplayPort controller node and associated QMP USB3-DP PHY
for SM6150 SoC. Add data-lanes property to the DP endpoint and update
clock assignments for proper DP integration.
