* NEWS: du --one-file-system (-x) would skip subdirectories of any
directory listed as second or subsequent command line argument.
* tests/du/one-file-system: New file.  Test for today's fts.c fix.
* tests/du/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add one-file-system.
