libtraceevent: fix qa issue reference to tmpdir

libtraceevent: fix qa issue reference to tmpdir

Make sure that the OE provided CFLAGS are passed to the compiler so
that the -fdebug-prefix-map and -fmacro-prefix-map options are
actually active.
