tests: update build tests

 * remove ld-linux-* from output
 * findmnt linked with libudev
 * lslocks linked with libmount
 * uuidd linked with librt
 * static binaries are no more enabled by default
 * chfn/chsh linked with libuser
 * add nsenter, runuser, setpriv
