Add header option to add source command

Facilitates addition of a header per source while adding the source.
Usage:
```
$ ./bin/suricata-update add-source --header "Auth: Basic"
```
suricata/update/commands/addsource.py diff | blob | blame | history
suricata/update/sources.py diff | blob | blame | history
