doc: mention that sort -g supports hex numbers

* doc/coreutils.texi (sort invocation): Mention explicitly
that --general-numeric-sort supports arbitrary format hex numbers,
but also mention that consistent case/width hex numbers can
be sorted faster with a standard sort.
