date: force a Gregorian calendar for options --iso-8601 and --rfc-3339

* src/date.c (show_date_helper): Add a use_c_locale parameter.
(batch_convert): Add a format_in_c_locale parameter.
(main): Set format_in_c_locale to true if any of the options --rfc-3339,
--iso-8601, -R is seen.
