arm64: tegra: defconfig: Drop redundant ARCH_TEGRA_foo_SOC

All CONFIG_ARCH_TEGRA_132_SOC-like symbols are now default for
ARCH_TEGRA, so drop redundant lines from defconfig.  Tested with
comparing include/generated/autoconf.h.
