gitignore: Sort both pattern groups alphabetically

Alphabetically sort the two groups of gitignore patterns:

  * The group of patterns without slashes, matching anywhere
    in the directory subtree.

  * The group of patterns with slashes, matching relative to the
    .gitignore file's directory
