s3: VFS: vfs_streams_depot. Implement unlinkat().

Note this isn't identical to unlink() as
this must cope with (flags & AT_REMOVEDIR),
which is identical to rmdir(). It calls
either unlink or rmdir depending on the
flags parameter.
