Add links to make xmlto work

Fixes:
$ make
./expand < pdns.xml > pdns-expanded.xml
xmlto txt -m config.xsl  pdns-expanded.xml
No way to convert HTML to text found.
Try either installing text web browser(lynx/w3m/links) or use option --with-fop
make: *** [pdns.txt] Error 1
