ARM: dts: imx6dl-yapp43: Enable pwm-beeper on boards with speaker

Lynx, Pegasus and Pegasus+ boards have a speaker connected to the PWM3.
Enable a pwm-beeper on these boards so the system can produce simple
sounds.
