Continue making httpd.conf even smaller.

* httpd.conf.in: Remove PidFile; move a bunch of configuration options that
  are backed by equivalent run-time defaults to...
* extra/httpd-default.conf.in (added): ...here.
* extra/httpd-mpm.conf.in: Move PidFile example here.
